Liability for content

In accordance with § 7 para.1 of the TMG we, as service provider, are responsible for our own content on these pages in compliance with general law. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, as service provider we are not obliged to monitor information which has been transmitted or saved, or to search for circumstances that would indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law remain unaffected. Our website contains links to the external websites of third parties, upon whose content we have no influence. Consequently, we are unable to assume liability for such third-party content. The respective website provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were made.
